(주)스페이스씨엘 (hereinafter the 'Company') collects and uses personal information for the following purposes. Personal information processed will not be used for purposes other than those specified, and prior consent will be obtained if the purpose of use changes.

• Responding to inquiries and consultations (name, email, contact number, inquiry content)
• Discussing service adoption quotes and contracts
• Fulfilling statutory obligations (e-commerce, tax, and civil complaint handling)

2. Items Collected and Retention Period

• Required: name, email, company name, inquiry content
• Optional: contact number (phone), job title, additional metadata
• Automatically collected: access IP, cookies, User-Agent, access timestamp (for security and statistical purposes)

Information is retained for 3 years after an inquiry is resolved and is destroyed without delay once the retention period elapses or the processing purpose is achieved. However, where retention is required under applicable law, information will be retained for the required period.

3. Provision to Third Parties

The Company provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as with separate consent of the data subject or where specifically provided for by law.

4. Outsourced Processing

• Hosting/infrastructure: Vercel, Supabase (stored overseas, encrypted transmission)
• Email delivery: Resend (transactional email)

5. Rights of the Data Subject

Data subjects may at any time request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information. Please send requests to the contact below and they will be processed without delay.
